This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of DeepHealth. We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Medical Imaging AI in the United States.

This role is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, focusing on AI-driven medical imaging products that empower radiologists to detect diseases earlier and more accurately. The Product Manager will oversee the roadmap and continuous improvement of multiple Clinical AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams including software development, customer success, service, and science. This position involves balancing technical understanding with healthcare business acumen, prioritizing features, and ensuring products meet clinical, operational, and revenue goals. Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in deploying informatics solutions within healthcare environments. You will help shape the AI portfolio strategy and drive impactful product outcomes in a collaborative, agile setting.

Accountabilities

• Manage the cross-portfolio roadmap of Clinical AI products, coordinating with the Platform Product Manager.
• Gather, prioritize, and document product, customer, and service requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with science, software development, service, and customer success teams to deliver product vision and business objectives.
• Develop Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and justification.
• Support go-to-market strategies, end-to-end product launches, and deployment processes.
• Act as liaison with R&D and external partners to optimize technical delivery and assess licensing or partnership opportunities.
• Participate in agile development activities including scrums, design workshops, planning, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Travel up to 10-15% for business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare informatics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, medical imaging, or radiology preferred.
• Solid experience in product management, including building and launching informatics solutions in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows.
• Proven experience in product deployment and service delivery in healthcare settings.
• Ability to balance technical knowledge with business acumen and make trade-offs between competing feature requests.
• Customer-first mindset, proactive, decisive, and self-starter with strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to influence, engage, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile principles, prototyping, and iterative development.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
