This role focuses on leading initiatives to enhance the core user experience on a major desktop web browser. You will define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, Engineering, and Data to drive engagement and adoption. The position involves leveraging user insights, analytics, and market research to make data-driven decisions while aligning product vision with technical capabilities. Accountabilities

  • Lead product strategy for core desktop browser experiences, including user profile features.
  • Define and execute roadmaps aimed at improving engagement, usability, and adoption.
  • Gather and analyze user insights, market research, and data to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Define, track, and monitor success metrics to evaluate product performance and make course corrections.
  • Contribute to broader product strategy by sharing best practices and insights across initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on front-end product experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex problems, align teams, and set clear priorities.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with UX and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Skilled at using data to set goals, measure progress, and make informed product decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity and minimal direction.
  • Bonus: prior experience with web browsers or open-source technologies.

    • US Tier 1: $163,000–$217,000 USD
    • US Tier 2: $150,000–$200,000 USD
    • US Tier 3: $138,000–$184,000 USD
