Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategy to improve reach and engagement.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts using management tools and track performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the content team to design visual components that complement written content.
  • Assist in developing brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer and social media specialist.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Experience in creating engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
