We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer (Senior SDE) with 5 to 7 years of expertise in building scalable applications and leading technical initiatives. This role involves solving advanced technical challenges, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5–7 years in full-stack development, with at least 3 years in product-based companies.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, .NET with C#, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, React.js, or Angular.js. Hands-on experience with design documents, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Leadership: Ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and drive technical initiatives is a plus.
- Business Alignment: Experience working with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with product and business goals.
- Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Own and drive the development of complex features, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and Customer Success, to deliver features aligned with business objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Address complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions to enhance system architecture and design.
- Agile Practices: Contribute to Agile processes, including sprint planning, release management, and production deployments.
