Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients to assess their online security needs and propose tailored software solutions.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of security solutions, providing insights for optimization.

• Maintain active communication with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related field, particularly focusing on online security software.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Ability to simplify complex security concepts for varied audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and cybersecurity technologies.
