Our client is an advertising agency based in Riyadh and hiring Digital Marketing Director
He will be responsible for overseeing and leading all digital initiatives and strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Job responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' business objectives, focusing on social media, websites, search engines, email campaigns, and other online channels.
- Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring the digital team, ensuring that each project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Client Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital initiatives, understanding their needs, and presenting digital solutions to help meet those needs.
- Campaign Management: Overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they are effective and meet performance goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyzing digital performance metrics and preparing reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing insights for optimization and future strategies.
- Innovation & Trends: Staying up to date with emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies, applying new tactics to improve campaigns and keep the agency competitive.
- Budget Management: Overseeing the digital budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and providing financial reports to clients and internal teams.
- Collaboration: Working closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to integrate digital efforts seamlessly into broader campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Director or in a similar leadership role in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with budget management and performance forecasting.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
