Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming products, account management, and support issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on gaming trends, product updates, and company policies to provide effective support.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A valid EU passport
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the gaming or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
