In this exciting role, you will serve as a vital link between our company and our French-speaking customers in the iGaming sector. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing top-tier support, addressing inquiries, and helping players navigate our gaming platforms. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking users across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist players with gameplay queries, account management, and overall platform navigation.
- Educate customers about ongoing promotions, responsible gaming practices, and game features.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for quality control.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the iGaming industry and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- A valid EU passport
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the iGaming or online gaming industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Understanding of iGaming regulations and a commitment to promoting responsible gaming.
- Proficient in CRM tools and customer support software.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time in a remote working environment.
