Core Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist users with gameplay questions, account issues, and navigation through our platforms.
- Educate customers about promotions, game features, and responsible gaming practices.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the iGaming industry to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the iGaming or online gaming sectors, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with iGaming regulations and a dedication to responsible gaming practices.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and customer support software.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
