Master-Works is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. In this position, you will collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure robust and scalable network solutions that support our business goals. You will be responsible for optimizing network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems remain secure and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement security measures to safeguard the integrity and availability of network systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration with cloud services and on-premises environments.
• Document network configurations, update network diagrams, and maintain records of network changes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance network capabilities.
• Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and network management software.
• Proficient in configuring and managing firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Understanding of network security principles and practices.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
