The Lead Product Designer will be a critical strategic partner in defining and elevating the product's design vision, crafting exceptional user experiences, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Lead end-to-end design strategy across multiple product areas
- Create rapid, high-fidelity prototypes to validate and communicate design concepts
- Develop comprehensive UX/UI designs with advanced understanding of enterprise SaaS design patterns
- Design data-driven interfaces that enhance user productivity and insights
- Collaborate with product management to define feature roadmaps and growth-focused design strategies
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation

Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS software
- Demonstrated expertise in UX design patterns and creating end-to-end product features
- Advanced product sense with proven ability to solve complex user experience challenges
- Strong visual design skills
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Able to work US timezones
- Bonus: Experience with growth design and data interfaces
