Key Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and share insights from customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support or service roles, ideally within the gaming industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A genuine passion for gaming and knowledge of current titles and platforms.
• Proficient with CRM tools and basic computer software.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
