Your responsibilities will include assisting players with inquiries, guiding them through our platforms, and ensuring a premier customer experience. Additionally, this position includes a relocation package, ensuring a smooth transition to your new role in Athens.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist French-speaking customers with their inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Help players with gameplay questions, account management, and platform navigation.
- Educate customers about promotions, game features, and responsible gaming practices.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer queries.
- Stay informed about iGaming trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- A valid EU passport
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of iGaming regulations and a commitment to promoting responsible gaming.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and support software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
