Responsibilities

• Provide remote support and assistance to Dutch-speaking customers regarding iGaming platforms and services.
• Manage customer inquiries, account management, and technical troubleshooting from your home office.
• Educate clients on gaming products, available promotions, and responsible gaming practices.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Identify and escalate complex queries to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and gaming regulations to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in the iGaming or gaming sector.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and assist customers.
• Knowledge of online gaming products and regulations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
