Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to Dutch-speaking customers regarding iGaming platforms and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
• Educate clients on gaming products, promotions, and responsible gaming practices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and gaming regulations to deliver accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Previous customer service experience, particularly in the iGaming or gaming sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Familiarity with online gaming products and regulations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
