What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Product Manager to shape the future of payments. If you have an engineering background, a passion for payments technology, and thrive on owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position, reporting directly to Head of Product.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Product vision, design and pipeline management: lead the product design, development and delivery of software modules that would enable compliance with global verification schemes
  • Feature and enhancement delivery: collaborate with both business development and engineering stakeholders to deliver enhancements to our API products that optimize processes and bring delight to the customers
  • Data analysis and mapping: run analyses of performance data and international payment schemes towards insights, improvements and opportunities
  • Reports Generation and Client Support: champion the product both internally and externally by monitoring product performance metrics, and reviewing products and client relationships
  • Cross-functional alignment: working closely respectively with departments, such as business development, engineering, operations and communications, to market and deliver the product to its full strength

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in cross-border payments, preferably in financial services or fintech
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • Hands-on experience with customer-driven product development practices
  • Exceptional analytical skills to generate insights and guide decisions, with proficiency in data storytelling, visualization, and structuring databases
  • Proven experience managing projects from concept to delivery
  • Familiarity with API integrations, software solutions, and translating product features into logical rules, with basic code literacy
  • Experience with modern toolset like Jira, Confluence, Postman, CRM, CMS, Tableau, etc
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with tech and non-tech teams, internally and externally, and engage stakeholders effectively
  • A collaborative, result-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Versatility, creativity, and a willingness to learn new skills and tools to deliver innovative solutions
  • Engineering experience or a strong technical foundation is preferred
  • Fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus
  • Must have authorization to work in Malaysia
