Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, services, and account management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about gaming trends, product updates, and company policies to provide accurate support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or technology industries.
