In this vital role, you will assist German-speaking customers by providing outstanding support and guidance throughout their gaming experience. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every player enjoys a seamless gaming journey. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, services, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about gaming trends, product updates, and company policies to provide accurate support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or technology industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to service.
  • Experience with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
