Your Role: 

For our Product team we are on the lookout for a Product Manager who will focus on building the best experience for our users by improving existing product verticals and developing new ones. You will work on understanding user needs, gathering insights, and shaping our product roadmap based on data and real-world feedback.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, user-focused Product Manager to take ownership of product enhancements and expansions that drive engagement, satisfaction, and business growth. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver improvements that make leasing or buying a car through instacar effortless. The role reports to the Head of Product.

What you will need to:

• Drive continuous improvements to our existing verticals, ensuring a frictionless user experience

• Research, define, and launch new product verticals that expand instacar’s offerings
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for product enhancements
• Work closely with the Head of Product to research, define, and launch new product verticals for instacar
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to bring ideas to life
• Prioritize features and optimizations based on impact, feasibility, and business goals
• Stay up to date with mobility trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities
• Develop clear product requirements and specifications to guide the development process

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2C or tech-driven company
• Experience in user research, customer insights, and product development
• Ability to define product requirements and work closely with engineering teams
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
• Prior experience launching or optimizing consumer-facing digital products
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn insights into product improvements
• A deep understanding of user experience and customer needs
• A mindset that embraces experimentation and iteration to improve the product
• The ability to make decisions based on data, insights, and real user feedback
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across engineering, design, and marketing
• A hands-on approach, with a bias for action and problem-solving
