We're seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to develop and implement a cohesive design system based on components, and utilising this to rebuild our internal UX to modern development standards. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with other teams to create and implement a company-wide design system
• Develop reusable UI components and patterns
• Ensure design consistency and best practices across digital products
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers

• Drive UX excellence and advocate for user-centered design principles

Requirements

• Strong skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript/frameworks
• Experience creating and implementing design systems
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks and tools such as Vue.js or React
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate designs into high-quality code
