We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our fast-paced, customer-centric Experience Development Team. The Experience Development Team seeks to improve the experience for our customers, who are subscribed to our list of monthly subscription programs: GlamBag family, Boxy Charm and more. Every month IPSY delivers 4MM+ subscriptions. Such a big volume brings big challenges and opportunities to explore within the Personalization and Engagement aspects. Your objective will be to drive design and implementation of solutions and product features, as well as supporting the live operation at scale of user-facing critical Web flows. Experience working in high-traffic, mission critical digital products is NICE TO HAVE.

Responsibilities:

• Code in a full stack arena. ReactJS, Java / Kotlin + RDBs.
• Microservices + GraphQL + SPA architecture experience is a plus.
• Test automation experience is a NICE TO have.
• Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into technical ones with a very strong communication skill.
• Guide Junior fellows and help them develop their skills and qualities.
• Help the team build scalable, easy-to-maintain software to support millions of users and transactions.

Requirements

• Min 5+ yrs of relevant experience
• Worked diligently coding in Java/Kotlin and Javascript.
• A creative and precise problem solver
• Digital Product/UX understanding.
• AWS Experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spring or other similar inversion of control frameworks.
• Passionately worked on and driven large scale projects to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Plus to have 

• Experience working in subscription and/or E-commerce companies.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience working with Kong API Gateway configuration and LUA scripts.
• Experience working with CI CD/Jenkins pipelines configuration.
• Experience working with Kubernetes.
