BlueFlag LLC is seeking an experienced Front-End Engineer with expertise in Angular to join our team. In this remote role, you will craft exceptional user interfaces that directly influence how customers interact with our applications. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers using Figma and back-end engineers working with .NET and Azure cloud services to deliver seamless user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Develop responsive and visually engaging web applications using Angular.
- Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into functional user interfaces.
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to create and integrate APIs and ensure smooth interaction between front-end and back-end systems (.NET, Azure).
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability across devices and browsers.
- Implement best practices for accessibility and usability.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor team members.
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing and enforce coding standards across the development team.
- Work with product managers to define and refine project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements
- Extensive experience with Angular framework with a strong portfolio showcasing recent projects.
- Proficient in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
- Strong ability to convert designs from Figma into functional components.
- Familiarity with .NET and Azure cloud services for effective collaboration with back-end teams.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control systems, especially Github.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
