ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a Fortune 500 firm, leader at its domain, is looking for an Senior Front-End Developer (React)

Our client has a Tech Hub in Athens with more than 60 employees and the Hub provides IT Services across all corporate functions of the organization in Europe & the USA.

📌 Location: Athens, North sector (walking distance to metro station)

📍 Working Model: Hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 remote)

🖋️You will be reporting to the Business Applications IT Director.

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for designing and implementing user-facing features and components for their flagship Industrial IoT product, using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries and based on existing UX/UI mockups.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Design and develop user-facing features using React and Redux for the IoT Product, based on existing UX/UI mockups
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features for IoT Product, Configure, design, build and test the application/RESTful APIs or technology architecture components and classes
• Collaborate with other developers, designers (Mobile/Frontend/Backend) to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
• Contribute to the whole automation testing lifecycle, ensuring high quality of code and stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices
• Fix any defects and performance problems, support and enhance applications based on Business/Customer Needs
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Product Integration with Internal Systems and/or other External Applications

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS
• Experience with React and Redux
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
• Experience with Git and version control
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• A passion for building high-quality products that deliver value to our customers
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve
• A team player who is friendly, joyful, and enjoys working on innovative products
