You will contribute to building a strong brand presence, managing media interactions, and producing high-quality communication materials that reflect the company’s commitment to advancing maternal health equity. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support public relations activities including media monitoring, research, and content preparation.
  • Track industry news and media trends to help the organization respond proactively to opportunities and challenges.
  • Assist in planning and executing events that reflect the organization’s mission and messaging.
  • Develop compelling content such as press releases, blogs, articles, and social media posts.
  • Create visual assets including posters, presentation decks, graphics, and brand collateral.
  • Maintain consistency in the organization’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to research-driven marketing initiatives by analyzing data and extracting insights.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 0–1 year of experience in PR, communications, marketing, or related fields, ideally with exposure to healthcare or startup environments.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style based on context and audience.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn from clinicians, AI experts, and industry leaders.
  • Ability to analyze information, derive insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • A proactive attitude, strong communication abilities, and a passion for impactful work.
  • Leadership potential demonstrated through academic, extracurricular, or professional achievements.
  • Comfort with explaining complex concepts clearly—both verbally and in writing.
