As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual designs across multiple formats—including digital, print, web, UI components, presentations, and social media creatives. A strong command over Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential for this role, along with the ability to deliver clean, modern, and impactful visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Visual Design & Branding: Develop creative concepts and execute consistent visual designs aligned with brand guidelines. Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns, website content, social media assets, emailers, and product collateral.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with product and UX teams using Figma to create interface components, icons, visual elements, and design layouts that improve user experience.
- Marketing Collateral: Produce appealing design assets such as brochures, posters, banners, infographics, ads, and pitch decks.
- Creative Conceptualization: Translate strategic inputs into innovative designs. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to campaigns and design strategies.
- Quality & Consistency: Ensure all creatives are polished, high-quality, and aligned with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.
- Project Ownership: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle feedback from internal stakeholders with a problem-solving mindset.
- Motion & Multimedia (Optional): Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is mandatory. Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus.
- Figma Expertise: Ability to design UI elements, collaborate in real-time, and build clean and intuitive layouts.
- Strong Visual Sense: Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, illustration, composition, and modern design trends.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce pixel-perfect designs and review work for accuracy.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think visually and produce unique and engaging concepts.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to present, explain, and justify design decisions to internal stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with marketing, product, content, and business teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design within a digital-first or creative environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your best work across digital and print formats.
