This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an IT Systems Administrator in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage, optimize, and automate IT systems in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the health and security of the organization’s digital infrastructure, integrating SaaS applications, and streamlining processes for efficiency and scalability. Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and administer IT systems, including Mac, Windows, and cloud-based applications, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Automate repetitive IT tasks and integrate SaaS tools with SSO and identity providers (IdP).
  • Configure and manage single sign-on (SSO) across applications to maintain security and simplify access.
  • Support compliance initiatives including SOC2 and SOX audits.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues promptly, from small fixes to complex projects.
  • Define, document, and refine IT standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in system administration or IT operations.
  • Proficiency in Mac, Windows, and Outlook environments.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python for automation.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace and Okta.
  • Familiarity with SAML, SCIM, OIDC, DNS, and email security protocols (DMARC, DKIM, SPF).
  • Experience integrating applications with identity providers and managing access controls.
  • Ability to assist with compliance audits and security standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Preferred: Experience with Atlassian administration, email migrations, and other IdP tools.
