This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Engineer, Dotnet Fullstack in India.

As a Staff Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality end-to-end solutions across complex digital products. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to both backend and frontend systems, and guiding architectural decisions for scalable, cloud-native applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable, and performant software. The role emphasizes both hands-on coding and technical leadership, with opportunities to influence design, mentor peers, and implement best practices across the engineering organization. You will help shape the product vision, drive technical excellence, and ensure solutions meet enterprise-scale requirements while supporting global operations.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop, review, and maintain high-quality code for both backend (.NET Core, C#) and frontend (Angular or React) applications.
  • Design and implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures with containerized deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Lead technical discussions on application design, technology choices, and frameworks to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Coordinate development activities, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and production rollouts to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct POCs, and implement solutions to maintain high system performance and quality.
  • Mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on full-stack development.
  • Expertise in .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and enterprise application design.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Octopus) and application monitoring/logging best practices.
  • Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and scalable enterprise deployments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
