This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Flutter / Dart Engineer in Latin America.

As a Senior Flutter/Dart Engineer, you will design and implement high-performance, cross-platform applications with deep system-level integration. You will work on projects that require robust interaction with both macOS and Windows environments, focusing on application packaging, deployment, and optimization. Collaborating closely with other engineers, you will contribute to scalable, reliable solutions that leverage Flutter’s multi-platform capabilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys technical challenges and thrives in a remote, innovative environment. You will directly impact the success of enterprise-level applications while growing your expertise in system-level Flutter engineering.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart with high performance and reliability.
• Implement state management solutions using Provider, BLoC/Cubit, or Riverpod.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs effectively using tools like http or Dio.
• Manage system-level interactions including processes, services, and command execution on macOS and Windows.
• Create installation packages (.pkg, .app, .exe, .msi) with pre- and post-install automation scripts.
• Optimize application deployment and ensure robust packaging, installation, and uninstallation routines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions and provide technical mentorship when needed.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Flutter and Dart development across multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of macOS and Windows system commands and service management.
• Expertise in application packaging and distribution, including Advanced Installer for Windows and pkgbuild/productbuild for macOS.
• Experience integrating applications with 3rd party APIs (RESTful, OAuth, JSON).
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-driven, and motivated to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Familiarity with state management patterns and backend integration techniques.
• Preferred: Agile mindset, collaborative spirit, and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
