We are continuously growing and we are looking for a System Administrator to join our UniQue team, part of our ICT Services Technical Division.

For the System Administrator position we expect you to:

  • Be responsible for providing end-user support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues for all clients’ operating systems and applications, recommending suitable solutions as necessary.
  • Configure, monitor and troubleshoot existing and new operating systems and applications
  • Manage on-site as well as maintain clients' IT infrastructure.

Requirements

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.

  • University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relative discipline
  • It will be preferred to have at least 2 years of proven experience in System administration,  Field Service or Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, VPNs and infrastructure management
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, MS Exchange, troubleshooting, and upgrades
  • Familiarity with Windows server environments and storage hardware technologies
  • Organization and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (both verbal and written).
