Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch, assisting clients with inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO services.
  • Educate customers on digital marketing strategies and best practices to help them achieve their online marketing goals.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-ups and service continuity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions efficiently.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO to offer relevant advice and support to clients.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and encourage a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the company's services and enhance your product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, particularly within digital marketing or SEO, is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information simply and effectively.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing customer records accurately.
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing, SEO strategies, and a willingness to learn and adapt will be beneficial.
